With a Postgraduate Diploma in Event Management from the National Institute of Event Management, Mumbai, he brings a strong foundation of industry expertise and creative vision to the company.
Prior to establishing Nachom, Salam Tomba worked with Hindustan Times and Bharat Matrimony in Mumbai, where he honed his skills in branding, operations, and customer engagement.
Having previously worked with United Nations Development Program, SEEDS India, Ashok B lall Architects, Domogeo, Arch-I, Micro Home Solutions, Vyasdev Yengkhom is the creative brain behind every Nachom event. From concept to execution, he design the layout, stage, seating, flow, and visual identity of each celebration.
Whether it’s a wedding, sports event, or festival, Vyasdev knows how to make it look and feel just right. With a strong background in architecture and event design, he blend structure and imagination to build unforgettable spaces. Vyasdev is currently pursuing dynamic range of designs based on sustainable architecture and architecture related projects.
Ranjan ensures that every event runs seamlessly. With hands-on experience in logistics, coordination, and people management, he manage everything behind the scenes—from setup and team coordination to vendor management and on-ground troubleshooting.
Calm under pressure and highly organized, Ranjan is the go-to person for making sure every event is smooth, timely, and stress-free.
Ultra brings creative expertise and technical skill to all floral aspects of Nachom’s events. As the Creative Lead, she oversees the planning and execution of floral arrangements—from mandaps and centerpieces to bouquets and grand installations.
Being a senior floral stylist, she ensures each floral element complements the overall event theme, adding elegance, color, and personality to every setting. With years of hands-on experience, she blend structure with visual harmony to transform spaces through flowers.
Meet our Event Concept Designer – a dynamic force of creativity with a flair for transforming imagination into immersive experiences. With a Master’s in Design from the prestigious National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, he brings a unique blend of artistic vision and design precision to our floral and event storytelling.
Having honed his craft with industry giants like Microsoft, Gojek, and Godrej, his expertise spans industrial and visual design, giving our events a distinctive edge that blends elegance with innovation. As a consultant, he brings not just skill, but soul — viewing his work with us as a deeply fulfilling creative escape from the corporate world.
